We are proud to lead and mentor through our teen affiliate, Top Teens of America (TTA), chartered on July 14, 2019. Through this program, young men and women ages 13 to 18 are equipped with the tools, exposure, and guidance needed to become confident leaders and engaged citizens.

Service is at the core of everything I do. It is both my responsibility and my passion. Serving alongside a dedicated body of Top Ladies and motivated Top Teens allows us to carry out the mission of TLOD with intention and excellence. Our work is guided by our five national thrusts Top Teens of America, Senior Citizens, Status of Women, Community Beautification, and Community Partnerships while also supporting key initiatives such as the NAACP, NCNW, UNCF, Sickle Cell Awareness, and Literacy.

The Montgomery County Chapter operates with strategy, unity, and heart. We are intentional about creating lasting impact while strengthening the bonds of sisterhood that make our work meaningful and sustainable.

We are not only serving we are building, leading, and transforming.
